📋 District Trust Review Checklist
- No External Student Answer Storage: Google Forms add-ons may read response counts or selected form data needed to perform the configured feature, but Everest does not store student response content or grades in external databases unless a product profile explicitly says otherwise.
- Site Licenses & DPAs: We review and authorize standard DPAs, National Data Privacy Agreements (NDPA), and state SDPC contracts for centralized school site license deployments.
- US-Based AWS Infrastructure: Account license keys, subscription records, and core settings configurations are housed on encrypted Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States unless a product profile identifies a different subprocessor.

🎓 FERPA & COPPA Statements
Everest Web Deals designs education-facing add-ons to support school privacy reviews under FERPA and COPPA. This section is a product disclosure for schools and districts, not legal advice.
- Educational Use Limitation: Student data processed by school-installed add-ons is used to provide the requested classroom, form, quiz, scheduling, or productivity feature. We do not sell student data, use it for behavioral advertising, or build unrelated student profiles.
- Student Records Protection: Standard Google Forms, Docs, Slides, and Sheets content remains under the school's Google Workspace controls. Product profiles identify the limited account, licensing, configuration, and support data Everest stores.
- COPPA School Consent Support: Schools may authorize educational technology used for the benefit of the school, but the operator remains responsible for its own COPPA obligations. Districts may request details about collected data, deletion, subprocessors, and security controls.
- Parent and District Requests: Verified schools, districts, parents, or guardians may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or additional review materials where applicable.

🗑️ Data Retention, Deletion & Access Requests
Everest keeps customer data only for the purposes described in the product profiles, Privacy Policy, active agreements, and applicable legal or tax requirements.

🔐 OAuth Scope Minimization & Limited Use
Everest requests OAuth/API permissions only for user-facing product features shown in the add-on interface. Product cards list the active scopes and the reason each permission is needed.
- Narrowest Practical Scope: Where Google provides file-current or document-current scopes, Everest uses those narrower scopes. Broader Drive, Forms, or Sheets scopes are used only when the feature must work across selected files, source spreadsheets, response triggers, or form structures outside the active editor file.
- Limited Use: Google user data is used to provide or improve visible product features, support, security, billing, or legal compliance. Everest does not sell Google user data, transfer it to advertising platforms, or use it for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
- Human Access Controls: Support staff do not review document, spreadsheet, form, or student content unless the customer affirmatively shares specific content for troubleshooting or review, or access is required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or aggregated internal operations.
- Consent and Changes: If a product materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, the relevant product disclosure and Privacy Policy should be updated before the new use is deployed.
💳 Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Orders & W-9 Forms
- W-9 Tax Forms: To receive our company's W-9 or vendor registration documents, request a digital packet from our support team.
- Purchase Orders (PO): Accredited schools and public libraries can request billing invoice sheets to submit official net-30 Purchase Orders.
- Quotes: Domain license quotes are generated within 24 hours of receiving user counts and target platforms.
⚙️ Domain-Wide Administrator Setup Guide
- Google Workspace marketplace: Google Workspace Admins can go to Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers to allowlist or force-deploy the add-on to specific Organizational Units (OUs).
- Microsoft AppSource: Administrators can utilize Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Settings > Integrated apps to deploy the Excel add-in.
