How to Correctly Set Up
Google Forms™ Add-ons
Learn step-by-step instructions for setting up Google Forms™ with Form Choice Limiter, Form Limit Timer, Choice Eliminator, and Form Quiz Timer to manage responses effectively and accurately without configuration errors.
1. Add-on Responder Link (Mandatory Requirement)
To ensure choices eliminate correctly and timers function, always share the Add-on Responder Link rather than the standard Google Form responder link.
Why the Add-on Responder Link is Required
If you use the original Google Form responder link (docs.google.com/forms/d/e/.../viewform), Choice Eliminator will not calculate responses correctly, choice limits will not be enforced, and Form Limit Timer will not run countdowns.
Choice Eliminator for Google Forms™
Form Choice LimiterChoice Eliminator for Google Forms™ requires an Add-on Responder Link to function properly. If you use the original Google Form responder link, Choice Eliminator will not calculate correctly and will not cross out (eliminate) choices.
Form Limit Timer
Timer & Schedule ManagerForm Limit Timer requires an Add-on Responder Link to run response timers. If you use the original Google Form responder link, the Form Limit Timer will not function correctly.
Form Quiz Timer
Timed Exams & AssessmentsForm Quiz Timer requires an Add-on Responder Link to enforce timed assessments. If you use the original Google Form responder link, the Form Quiz Timer will not work as expected.
