Terms and Conditions for AI Tools for Google Sheets™, GPT Slides™ Builder, GPT Plus Google Docs™, and GPT Quiz Generator for Forms™

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the following Everest Web Deals Google Workspace add-ons:

• AI Tools for Google Sheets™
• GPT Slides™ Builder
• GPT Plus Google Docs™
• GPT Quiz Generator for Forms™

The Add-ons provide AI-assisted features such as formula generation, formula explanation, spreadsheet cleanup, duplicate review, error analysis, document and slide generation, quiz generation, and related productivity tools. Available features may vary by Add-on, plan, and version.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Add-ons only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to use the relevant Google Workspace account, file, or content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Add-ons.

3. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Everest Web Deals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Add-ons for your internal personal, educational, or business purposes in accordance with the intended functionality of the service.

You may not copy, sell, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Add-ons except as permitted by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Add-ons to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• upload, submit, or process content you do not have the right to use
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Add-ons
• use the Add-ons in a way that abuses rate limits, trials, subscriptions, or access controls
• use the Add-ons to generate or process harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content

5. User Content and Permissions

You retain your rights in the content you submit to the Add-ons. By using the Add-ons, you authorize Everest Web Deals and its service providers to process the content you choose to submit only as needed to provide the requested feature, maintain the service, support users, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for reviewing permissions, selecting what content to process, and ensuring that your use of the Add-ons complies with your contractual, organizational, and legal obligations.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Add-ons may generate text, formulas, suggestions, summaries, classifications, quiz items, formatting suggestions, or other outputs using automated systems and third-party AI services. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it, publishing it, sharing it, or applying it to important files, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, quizzes, or workflows.

7. Plans, Trials, and Billing

Some Add-ons or features may be offered on a free plan, a trial plan, or a paid subscription basis. Pricing, feature access, usage limits, and trial availability may change from time to time.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Billing may be handled by Everest Web Deals or by an authorized third-party payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Add-ons may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, and AI service providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.

Everest Web Deals is not responsible for third-party services, outages, content, or policy changes outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Add-ons is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, retain, and delete Google user data and other information associated with the Add-ons.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy will govern on data-handling matters.

10. Intellectual Property

The Add-ons, including their software, branding, design, text, interface elements, and related materials, are owned by Everest Web Deals LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Add-ons or our trademarks.

11. Disclaimers

The Add-ons are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Add-ons will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every workflow or use case.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output, suggestion, recommendation, or analysis.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everest Web Deals LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Add-ons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Add-ons will not exceed the amount you paid to Everest Web Deals for the applicable Add-on during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Add-ons if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, misused the service, failed to pay applicable fees, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

You may stop using the Add-ons at any time by uninstalling them and discontinuing access.

14. Changes to the Add-ons or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Add-ons from time to time. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Add-ons after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
