This policy applies to these Everest Web Deals AI-powered Google Workspace add-ons. It is intended to help users understand what Google user data and other information may be processed when using the Add-ons.

1. Who We Are

Everest Web Deals LLC develops and operates AI-powered Google Workspace add-ons designed to help users work more efficiently inside Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Forms.

2. Add-ons Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following Everest Web Deals add-ons:

3.1 Google Account Information

When you authorize one of the Add-ons, we may receive your Google account email address and basic account identifier information needed to authenticate your account, manage licensing, provide support, and operate the Add-ons.

3.2 Content You Choose to Process

When you use an Add-on, we may process the specific content needed to provide the feature you selected. This may include:

  • selected spreadsheet, document, slide, or form content relevant to the requested action
  • cell values, text, prompts, and instructions you enter into an Add-on
  • formulas and formula-related content
  • duplicate review data
  • formatting-related values such as dates, numbers, currencies, phone numbers, and text casing
  • quiz, presentation, or document generation inputs and outputs

We only process user content that is reasonably necessary to provide the feature you request.

3.3 Settings and Usage Information

We may collect configuration settings, feature selections, trial or subscription status, and limited technical information such as timestamps, error logs, and service activity needed for product functionality, support, security, and abuse prevention.

6. Google User Data

The Add-ons access Google user data only as needed to provide or improve user-facing features of the Add-ons.

  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to create user advertising profiles.
  • We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized or shared AI or machine learning models.

If an Add-on sends user-requested prompts or content to our backend or to approved processors, that processing is done only to provide the feature the user selected.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by the Add-ons. These measures may include encrypted transmission, controlled access to systems, logging, and infrastructure security practices designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

No internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect data appropriately based on the nature of the service.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information and Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Add-ons, maintain account records, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the security of our services.

  • Account and licensing records may be retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for billing, compliance, and audit purposes.
  • Support communications may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to address support history and service issues.
  • Temporary processing data may be retained for a shorter period needed for feature delivery, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.

When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely destroy it, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Your Choices

You may stop using the Add-ons at any time by uninstalling them. You may also contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and security requirements.
