APP PERMISSIONS OVERVIEW
To ensure smooth functionality and provide the services you expect, the app requires certain permissions within your Google Account. Below is a detailed explanation of why these permissions are needed:
- Access Your Primary Google Account Email Address: This is necessary for support and billing purposes if you choose to upgrade to premium features.
- Display and Run Third-Party Content in Google Apps: The app uses custom interface elements in sidebars within Google applications, allowing you to configure add-on settings and offer a more personalized and user-friendly experience.
- Send Requests to Third-Party Apps/Services: The app needs to connect with external APIs, such as the secure service operated by Everest Web Deals, to store your email address for support and billing purposes if you choose to upgrade to premium features.
- Create or Modify Files in Google Drive: The app does not create or modify any files in your Google Drive.
- View Licensing Information for Installed Apps: This ensures that you have accurate license details and access to any premium features you’ve subscribed to
- View and manage your forms in Google Drive: This permission allows the add-on to access your current form. It is needed for the add-on to add a new items on form.
Important Note: Forms™ Migrator does not store any form responses on external servers. Your data remains within Google’s secure infrastructure, ensuring your privacy and security are maintained at all times.
Since our Google add-ons only work with Google products, a Google account is required for authentication and login. Our Google add-ons collect your email address for the first authentication in the application. Authentication is performed by Google itself using the default authentication method. Our add-ons, without this authentication, will not work properly. Authentication can be revoked by the user at any time. In order to provide services to you, your email address must be used to send you communications, such as confirmation emails and support updates
Your email address will be used to activate your license.
We do not share, track, or sell your personal or business information to third parties.
Forms™ Migrator app DOES NOT use any Google Workspace API data for developing, improving, or training generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models. We are committed to ensuring that user data is handled in compliance with the Google Workspace API User Data Policy.

RETENTION AND DELETION OF USER DATA
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your personal information, we will securely delete your data.
Upon cessation of your use of our application, your data will be securely erased and will not be used for internal marketing initiatives. Additionally, you can request the deletion of your data at any time, and we will take appropriate action to delete the information in a timely manner.
